Dynamic cables are designed specifically for frequent motion scenarios, with typical representatives being robot joint cables and drag chain cables. They face challenges far beyond static cables:

Repeated bending: may experience hundreds of bends per minute, resulting in sustained mechanical stress

Dynamic stretching and twisting: During the movement of the robot, the cable will simultaneously bear tension, twisting force, and lateral pressure

Thermal expansion, contraction, and vibration: High temperature operations or high-speed movements can generate small vibrations, accelerating material fatigue

If static cables are used instead of dynamic cables, the consequences may be:

Conductor fracture → Motor power loss → Robot action interruption

Insulation layer cracking → signal interference → increased positioning error
